Jane is the one who want the job and Ms Ann is a HRD manager who has responsibility to have an interview to a job seekers.

Ms Ann    : how do you know about this company?

Jane          : I knew about this company from the official website for this company that informs

a marketing vacancy available in this company.

Ms Ann    : tell me about yourself please

Jane          : I am Jane, my full name is Jane Ariandari. Im 20 years old and now im still a student

                    of  English literature faculty of letters gunadarma university. I am a fast learner and willing to hard work.

Ms Ann    : What do you know about this company?

Jane          : this is a company that runs a export and import clothing and have a branch company

In some area in asia and north America and produce a fancy clothing or import clothing from other brand or local brand

Ms Ann    : Why did you resign from your job?

Jane          : I resign from my job because I am interested in new opportunity to explore my skill

And challenge to use my skills and experience in different capacity than I have in my latest job.

Ms Ann    : what is your greatest strength

Jane          : my greatest strength is my ability to speak in front of new people, my self confidence and positive thinking

Ms Ann    : what is your greatest weakness

Jane          : I am to helpful. I am willing to help everyone and sometimes it brings trouble for me because I am late to finish my own task.

Ms Ann    : how much salary do you expect.

Jane          : I knew this position is similar to 1,5 until 2,5 million rupiah in range so I expect salary in that range would be acceptable for me.
