vegetables and health

this is actually a material for my speaking test but i wanna sahre to you because it really important to know i guess--

everyone know tthat vegetables is really good for health abut the problem is its dont taste really good--
then i just want to give something that might help you to like vegetable a little more....

vegetables is containing many vitamin and mineral that you need for your body. like beta carotene in carrots,pumpkin etc which can make your body's tissues growth and repaired. vitamin c that can make your body produce collagen and make your skin look healthier.. i guess there more that this that i can write but i dont really remember about them bt still in process in my head --
